Commercial & Residential Properties

These properties receive regular lawn care that includes mowing, weed eating, and edging. Optional services are available upon request. At least three people will be sent out per job. Each commercial property will enter into a contract to be maintained at least twice a month. This will enable us to ensure that each property is maintained properly.

Property Preservation

Property preservation is the final type of service offered by us. This service also includes general lawn maintenance such as lawn mowing, weed eating, and edging. Once assigned a property we will thoroughly inspect it to find all safety hazard and notify owner. Once the inspection is complete then the cleaning process begins this includes removing all non-functioning appliances and removing excessively soiled flooring from the property. Minor repairs will be completed to property as ordered.

Service Price List

The size of the yard will determine the price that will be charged. We will quote the yard based on the amount of time that we think it will take. Seasonal clean-up charge will not be quoted it will be billed once completed. Individual services will be quoted as follows:

• Mowing: $50/hour

• Weeding: $48/hour

• Fertilizing: $160/hour

• Mulch (spreading): $45/hour

• Aerating: $53/hour

• Seasonal Clean-up: $50/hour

• Edging/Hedging: $43/hour

  Yard waste removal and leaf composing are included with the respective services.
